INDIANAPOLIS, IN (December 4, 2008) – KSM Business Technology (KSMBT), a Katz, Sapper & Miller Company, today announced that they have entered into an agreement to purchase of the assets of Digitech, Inc., an Indiana-based consulting and network services firm, effective December 1st.

Charlie Brandt, Director of KSM Business Technology added, "Brandon Beale, president and founder of Digitech, will manage KSMBT's expanded network services group, which will also include all former Digitech employees. Brandon Beale has been providing technology consulting services since he left active service as a Marine Corps Sergeant in 1996. He founded Digitech in 1998 to provide technology support for mid-sized businesses.
